Woodland occupies a modern 20,000 square foot manufacturing facility. It is divided into two large bays. The two bays offer the advantage of separating Engineered Thermoplastic molding from Thermoset molding.

Equipment List consists of 10 presses and ancillary equipment as well as material and equipment for secondary operations such as deflashing, post-cure ovens, machining, and assembly. The first bay is  equipped with 1200 Amps of power, a process water system and cooling tower, compressed air, and a bridge crane that runs from end to end allowing easy mold changeover, material movement and the like.  Ten presses, three deflashing machines, two ovens and auxiliary equipment are installed and running.
Arrangements have been made to acquire additional new presses that can be delivered within six weeks of order and be operational within a week of delivery.
These presses offer state-of-the-art control of manufacturing processes. Equipment for secondary operations can also be delivered and operational within nine weeks.

A mold maintenance machine shop is in-house. All manufacturing scheduling and control is handled by a fully integrated computer system, the IQ Management System designed specifically for the plastics industry.
